This notice is to make the general public aware that Jyske Bank (Gibraltar) Management Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the authorisation which was issued to the company to provide fiduciary services  which do not include acting as trustee in terms of the Trusts and Trustees Act. The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such authorisation.  This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 20 December 2019 the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
