Revocation of the authorisation to carry out investment services in Malta under Article 31 of the MiFID
JUNE 15, 2015

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission has notified the Malta Financial Services Authority that, with effect from 2nd February 2015, it has revoked the licence of UFS Capital Limited and accordingly, the Company is no longer authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission to carry out investment services and activities as an investment firm. The Company is therefore no longer authorised to passport its services in Malta under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive with effect from such date.

In view of the aforementioned revocation of licence by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, the Malta Financial Services Authority strongly advises against responding to any offer of financial services from UFS Capital Limited.
