This notice is to make the general public aware that Alpha Value Management Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“the MFSA”) to accept the removal of the Pangea SM Venture Capital Fund (a Sub-Fund of Pangea Capital plc), with a Legal Entity Identifier (“LEI”) of 2138003QXSTZWLF94768 from the MFSA’s List of Notified AIFs. This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22 December 2022, the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
