This notice is to make the general public aware that Abalone Asset Management (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of Quantard SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) and Quantard Alternative Growth Fund (“the Sub-Fund”) from the MFSA’s list of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22 December 2022, the Scheme ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
