This notice is to make the general public aware that Altarius Asset Management Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to remove Korify Capital Co-Investment Fund 2 (“the Sub-Fund”) with LEI: 529900PC2C1JAHGSUZ20 from the List of NAIFs. The MFSA has accepted the AIFM’s request. This request is entirely voluntary and does not arise from any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 16 October 2023, the Sub-Fund has been removed from the List of NAIFs by the MFSA.
