Please note that Deltamark Fund Management Ltd (“the AIFM”) has requested that IFINA SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) and its Sub-Fund, Rhino Fund are removed from the List of Notified AIFs. The MFSA has accepted this request. This request is entirely voluntary and does not arise from any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 02 March 2023, the Scheme and the Sub-Fund have been removed from the List of NAIFs by the MFSA.
