Removal of Embivy SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) and Value Hedge Fund 1 and the Value Capital Fund 1 Fund (“the Sub-Funds”) from the List of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”)

Please note that AQA Capital Ltd (“the AIFM”) has requested that Embivy SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) and its Sub-Funds are removed from the List of Notified AIFs.

The MFSA has accepted this request. This request is entirely voluntary and does not arise from any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 20 July 2022, the Scheme and the Sub-Funds have been removed from the List of NAIFs by the MFSA.
