This notice is to make the general public aware that Altarius Asset Management Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to remove Co-Investment Feeder Fund 6 and Co-Investment Feeder Fund 9 (“the Sub-Funds”) with LEI: 529900YVMXMFFPEB3397 and 529900LHZZEI1CSAJH82 respectively from the List of NAIFs. The MFSA has accepted the AIFM’s request. This request is entirely voluntary and does not arise from any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 31 May 2023, the Sub-Funds have been removed from the List of NAIFs by the MFSA.
