This notice is to make the general public aware that Gamma Capital Markets Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to remove Blackberry Capital Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) with LEI: 213800EE44K9LBSN6L65 from the List of NAIFs. The MFSA has accepted the AIFM’s request. This request is entirely voluntary and does not arise from any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 10 October 2023, the Scheme has been removed from the List of NAIFs by the MFSA.
