Please note that AQA Capital Ltd (“the AIFM”) has requested that Austrasia SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) and Dual Use Technology Fund (“the Sub-Fund”) are removed from the List of Notified AIFs. The MFSA has accepted this request. This request is entirely voluntary and does not arise from any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 04 May 2021, the Scheme and the Sub-Fund have been removed from the List of NAIFs by the MFSA.
