This notice is to make the general public aware that Oslo Merchant Partners Capital AS (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of Oslo Merchant Partners SICAV p.l.c (“the Scheme”) from the MFSA’s List of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 19 May 2025, the Scheme ceased to form part of the MFSA’s List of NAIFs.
