This notice is to make the general public aware that Altarius Asset Management Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of Co-Investment Fund 1 (“the Sub-Fund”) from the MFSA’s List of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 12 June 2025, the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s List of NAIFs.
