This notice is to make the general public aware that Audentia Capital Management Ltd (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of the Vault 21 BTC Fund (“the Sub-Fund”) from the MFSA’s List of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 09 January 2026, the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s List of NAIFs.
