This notice is to make the general public aware that Altarius Asset Management Limited (the “AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (the “MFSA”) to accept the removal of Elevat3 Fintech Opportunities Fund (the “Sub-Fund”) from the MFSA’s List of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 02 June 2026, the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s List of NAIFs.
