This notice is to make the general public aware that 24 Capital Management Limited (the “AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of 24 Global Multi Asset Fund (the “Sub-Fund”) from the MFSA’s List of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 15 April 2026, the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s List of NAIFs.
