This notice is to make the general public aware that Abalone Asset Management Limited (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of Multi Strategy SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) from the MFSA’s list of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 6 June 2023, the Scheme ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
