This notice is to make the general public aware that Framont & Partners Management Ltd (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of one of the sub-funds of Global Series SICAV p.l.c. (“the Scheme”), namely the U.A. Small Cap Equity Fund (“the Sub-Fund”), from the MFSA’s list of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary, and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 19 January 2023, the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
