This notice is to make the general public aware that the Board of Directors of the Scheme requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of Value Added Fund and Dorado Fund (“the Sub-Funds”) from the MFSA’s list of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 19 September 2025, the Sub-Funds ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
