This notice is to make the general public aware that AQA Capital Ltd (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of one of the sub-funds of Iridium SICAV plc (“the Scheme”), namely the Silius Absolute Return Fund (“the Sub-Fund”), from the MFSA’s list of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 2 March 2023, the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
