This notice is to make the general public aware that Audentia Capital Management Ltd (“the AIFM”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the removal of the Filfla Fund (“the Sub-Fund”) from the MFSA’s list of Notified AIFs (“NAIFs”). This removal is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 26 May 2026, the Sub-Fund ceased to form part of the MFSA’s list of NAIFs.
