The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of one thousand two hundred and fifty Euro (€1,250) on the Professional Investor Fund

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the Professional Investor Fund has acted in breach of SLC 4.1 of Appendix I to the Rules for PIFs as it failed to submit on time the Auditor’s Confirmation for financial year ended 31 December 2022 and financial year ended 31 December 2023

REGULATORY ACTION

On 30 September 2025, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of one thousand two hundred and fifty Euro (€1,250) on the Professional Investor Fund
