The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of forty-four thousand and nine hundred Euro (€44,900).

BREACHES
The MFSA determined that the Company has acted in breach of:
- Article 18(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation, that is, shortcomings relating to the Company’s obligation to draw up and update the Insider List;
- Article 18(2) of the Market Abuse Regulation, that is, shortcomings relating to the Company’s obligation to inform insiders of their obligations; and
- Article 19(5) of the Market Abuse Regulation, that is, shortcomings relating to the Company’s obligation to inform Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities.
REGULATORY ACTION
On 21 May 2025, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of forty-four thousand and nine hundred Euro (€44,900) on the Company.

This notice is being published in terms of Article 16(8) of the Malta Financial Services Authority Act and the MFSA’s Publication Policy.

The Authority’s decision was appealed before the Financial Services Tribunal within the period established by law.
