The current Registry of Companies website will no longer be accessible on Tuesday 27th June from 16:00 till 19:00 since the website will be upgraded to a newer version. Following the upgrade, the new Registry of Companies website can be accessed as usual from https://registry.mfsa.com.mt. Normal users can start using it straight away, however Authorised users need to register their new Authentication Certificate and Signing Certificate using their personal Identity Card. As communicated by the Registrar of Companies, these changes will not affect the current functionality of the system. We regret any inconvenience this upgrade may cause and thank you in advance for your cooperation.
