The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of six hundred Euro (€600) on the Recognised Incorporated Cell Company.

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the Recognised Incorporated Cell Company has acted in breach of SLC 6.4(ii) of Part BIII of the Investment Services Rules for Recognised Persons as it failed to submit the Auditor’s Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 within the regulatory deadline.

REGULATORY ACTION

On 8 June 2026, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of six hundred Euro (€600) on the Recognised Incorporated Cell Company.
