The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of five hundred Euro (€500) on the Recognised Incorporated Cell Company.
BREACHES
The MFSA determined that the Recognised Incorporated Cell Company has acted in breach of SLC 6.4(i) of Part BIII of the Investment Services Rules for Recognised Persons as it failed to submit the Letter from the Board of Directors for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 within the regulatory deadline.
REGULATORY ACTION
On 9 April 2026, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of five hundred Euro (€500) on the Recognised Incorporated Cell Company.
