This notice is to make the general public aware that Multi Risk Benefits Limited - a company authorised to carry on business of insurance in terms of the Insurance Business Act (Cap. 403, of the Laws of Malta) (“the Act”) has merged into Multi Risk Indemnity Company Limited, a company which is also authorised to carry on business of insurance and reinsurance in terms of the Act. Consequently, Multi Risk Benefits Limited’s authorisation ceased to be operative upon the effective date of the merger, being 22 July, 2016. The merger is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
