Arnold Clark Life Insurance (Malta) Limited has ceased to carry on business of insurance in terms of the Insurance Business Act (Cap 403) as from 1st May 2014.

This cessation of insurance business is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Arnold Clark Life Insurance (Malta) Limited has appointed Heritage Insurance Management (Malta) Limited, of Block A, Ground Floor, Room 7, Aviation Park, Aviation Avenue, Luqa LQA 9023, Malta to service, on its behalf, the company`s business.
