The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of five hundred Euro (€500) on the Professional Investor Fund.

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the Professional Investor Fund has acted in breach of SLC 1.38 of Part Bii of the Investment Services Rules for PIFs as it failed to submit the Auditor’s Management Letter for financial year ended 30 September 2022 within the regulatory deadline.

REGULATORY ACTION

On 15 December 2025, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of five hundred Euro (€500) on the Professional Investor Fund.
