The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of three thousand Euro (€3,000) on the Professional Investor Fund.
BREACHES
The MFSA determined that the Professional Investor Fund has acted in breach of SLCs 1.38 and 1.62 of Part Bii of the Investment Services Rules for PIFs as it failed to submit the Auditor’s Management Letter and Annual Report (including Audited Financial Statements) for financial year ended 31 March 2021 within the regulatory deadline.
REGULATORY ACTION
On 17 December 2025, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of three thousand Euro (€3,000) on the Professional Investor Fund.
