Ark Insurance Brokers Limited has ceased to carry on insurance intermediaries activities in terms of the Insurance Intermediaries Act (Cap. 487) as from 1st February 2016. This cessation of insurance intermediaries activities is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Ark Insurance Brokers Limited has transferred its insurance broking business to Assikura Insurance Brokers Limited.
