Following consultation with the Maltese resident Director of 21st Century Investments SICAV plc (“the Scheme”), and its Administrator TMF FundAdministration (Malta) Ltd, the Authority has on the 21st December, 2010, resolved – in terms of article 15(2)(b) of the Investment Services Act, 1994 - to issue a directive to the Scheme to cease the issue of units with immediate effect given the notice of resignation which has been served on the Scheme by both the Maltese resident Director as well as the Administrator and the lack of appropriate action by the only other Director of the Scheme who is also the principal founder shareholder of the Scheme, to address the regulatory issues arising therefrom.’
