The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of five hundred Euro (€500) on an Investment Firm.

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the Company has acted in breach of Rule 3-2.8.2 of Part B1 of the Investment Services Rules for Investment Services Providers due to its failure to submit Annex III for the financial year ending 2022 in a timely manner.

REGULATORY ACTION

On 21 May 2025, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of five hundred Euro (€500) on the Investment Firm.
