This notice is to make the general public aware that GlobalCapital Insurance Brokers Ltd (“the Company”) has ceased to carry on business of insurance broking activities in terms of the Insurance Intermediaries Act (Cap.487) with effect from 1 October 2013. With effect from the same date the Company:-

• has transferred its insurance broking portfolio to Mediterranean Insurance Brokers (Malta) Limited (MIB) of 53, MIB House, Abate Rigord Street, Ta’ Xbiex, XBX 1122, Malta; and
• will carry on the run-off of its insurance liabilities in relation to the insurance broking activities carried out by it.
