This notice is to make the general public aware that Falcon Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the extension to the voluntary suspension of its Collective Investment Scheme Licence issued to its 3 sub-funds: Falcon Cautious Fund, Falcon Balanced Fund and Falcon Aggressive Fund, first granted on 18 December 2019. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
