This notice is to make the general public aware that, Koala Crypto Limited (C 97348), (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (the MFSA”) to accept a further extension to the temporary suspension of its Class 4 VFA Services licence already granted on 4 April 2022, for another period of 6 months, effective from 4 October 2022. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This extension of suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
