This notice is to make the general public aware that Futura Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the extension of the  voluntary suspension of its Collective Investment Scheme Licence issued to its sub-fund Beta, Gamma and Delta Fund (formerly being three separate sub-funds known as Beta Fund ,Gamma Fund, Delta Fund), for another  period of twenty-four (24) months, ending on 16 April 2028. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request.
