The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of two thousand and four hundred Euro (€2,400) on the CSP.

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the CSP has acted in breach of Rule R3-13.2 of the CSP Rulebook in view that the CSP failed to submit the Annual Compliance Return for financial year ending 2022 within the regulatory deadline.

REGULATORY ACTION

On 2 July 2026, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of two thousand and four hundred Euro (€2,400) on the CSP.

The Authority’s decision was appealed before the Financial Services Tribunal within the period established by law.
