The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of four thousand and eight hundred Euro (€4,800) on the CSP.

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the CSP has acted in breach of Rule R3-13.2 of the CSP Rulebook in view that the CSP failed to submit the Annual Compliance Return for financial years ending 2022 and 2023 within the regulatory deadline.

REGULATORY ACTION

On 10 June 2026, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of four thousand and eight hundred Euro (€4,800) on the CSP.
