The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of fourteen thousand seven hundred and forty Euro (€14,740) on the CSP.

BREACHES

The MFSA determined that the CSP has acted in breach of Rule R3-13.3 of the CSP Rulebook in view that the CSP failed to submit the Audited Financial Statements and the Management Letter for the financial years ended 2020 and 2021, Rule R3-13.2 of the CSP Rulebook for failure to submit the Annual Compliance Return for the financial years ended 2020 and 2021 and Rule 17.07 of the CSP Rulebook for failure to submit the Certificate of Compliance for the financial year end 2020 by the regulatory deadline.

REGULATORY ACTION

On 13 October 2025, the MFSA decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of fourteen thousand seven hundred and forty Euro (€14,740) on the CSP.
