The Istituto Per La Vigilanza Sulle Assicurazioni (“IVASS”) has notified the Malta Financial Services Authority that, with effect from 24 February 2023, Etisicura S.R.L has ceased its passporting rights to operate in Malta under article 6 (exercise of the freedom of establishment) of the Insurance Distribution Directive.
