This notice is to make the general public aware that Teos Management & Advisory Services (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the cancellation of the registration which was issued to the company to act as a company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act, 2013. The MFSA has accepted the cancellation of such registration. This cancellation is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 6th July 2016, the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
