This notice is to make the general public aware that Ms Michelle Bonnici Mallia requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the cancellation of the registration which was issued to her to act as a company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act, 2013. The MFSA has accepted the cancellation of such registration. This cancellation is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 12th July 2017, Ms Bonnici Mallia ceased to be registered by the MFSA. Ms Bonnici Mallia will continue to act as company service provider in her personal capacity in terms of the De Minimis Rule (Rule 2 of the Rules for Company Service Providers).
