This notice is to make the general public aware that Alliance Malta Limited (“the Company”) of 35, Zachary Street Valletta VLT 10 has recently asked the Malta Financial Services Authority (“the Authority”) permission to cease to carry on business as insurance broker.

The Authority has accepted the Company’s request and, with effect from 10th November 2003, the Company has ceased to carry on insurance broking activities in terms of the Insurance Brokers and Other Intermediaries Act, 1998. With effect from that date, the Company is only authorised to service unexpired policies and administer outstanding claims.
