The Malta Financial Services Authority (“the Authority”), by the powers vested in it by Article 16 of the Malta Financial Services Act (Chapter 330 of the Laws of Malta) has issued an administrative measure against P.D.K. Financial Services Limited (the “Financial Institution”) for failure to communicate with the Authority and to submit its audited financial statements within the stipulated time frames.

The Financial Institution has been directed to:

• make immediate contact with the Authority,
• preserve and safeguard all clients’ money if any,
• ensure that all the Financial Institution’s records, including any records related to the Institution’s clients are kept safe and not destroyed, erased or disposed of
  in any manner, and
• inform the Authority of the existence of any pending complaints against the Financial Institution and/or litigation, local or otherwise, in which the Financial Institution may be involved.

This notice is being published in terms of Article 16(8) of the Malta Financial Services Act, Chapter 330 of the Laws of Malta.
