What was your best achievement in 2020?

The team’s best achievement has been to deliver on the plan for the year (even though it was a pre-COVID-19 plan). I believe we have made a real impact on our reputation in Malta for being an effective regulator that delivers.

What would you like to achieve in 2021?

The team has developed the quality and effectiveness of its supervision of the industry and we believe that in 2021 we will see the fruits of this, with the delivery of inspections and authorisations to the quality levels that we have been working towards.

What is the first word that comes to your mind when you hear 2020?

Resilience.
