This notice is to make the general public aware that Wood & Company Funds SICAV p.l.c. (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (the “MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme in relation to its Sub-Fund - Central European Pharmaceuticals Private Equity Fund (the “Sub-Fund”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 27 October 2026, the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
