This notice is to make the general public aware that Etienne Borg Cardona has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the registration which was issued to Etienne Borg Cardona to act as a Limited Company Service Provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act (CAP. 529 of the Laws of Malta). The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such registration. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 14 October 2026, Etienne Borg Cardona ceased to be registered by the MFSA.
