This notice is to make the general public aware that Valletta Global Diversified SICAV p.l.c. (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (the “MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely Valletta Global Event Opportunities Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 29 September 2026, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
