This notice is to make the general public aware that Sun Hill Investment Management (Malta) Ltd (the “Company”) has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Company’s Non-Core/MiFID services. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request and therefore, the Company is no longer authorised to provide Individual Portfolio Management and Investment Advice services. The Company will remain licensed as an AIF Manager providing Management of Collective Investment Schemes. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 04 May 2026, the Company cease to offer Non-Core/MiFID services.
