The Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) decided to proceed with imposing an administrative penalty of three thousand and fifty Euro (€3,050) on the Recognised Incorporated Cell Company.
BREACHES
The MFSA determined that the Recognised Incorporated Cell Company has acted in breach of SLC 6.3 and 6.4(i)(ii) of Part BIII of the Investment Services Rules for Recognised Persons as it failed to submit the Annual Report (including the Audited Financial Statements), Letter from the Board of Directors, and the Auditor’s Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 within the regulatory deadline.
REGULATORY ACTION
On 10 July 2026, the MFSA decided to impose an administrative penalty of three thousand and fifty Euro (€3,050) on the Recognised Incorporated Cell Company.
